Thanks for the feedback Geof Ellingham you are correct this is based on organisations of 500 people + however it can work on and desired outcome which could be something small. I haven’t worked with smaller companies but my guess would be similar and should scale down nicely. I make up that the thing that would change is that organisational scoping can be done in a much shorter time period (half day launch, a few weeks initial support and half day coaching plan for example. I have purposely not been explicit so that people have the freedom to pick and choose what is needed. Perhaps an MVS minimum viable scoping could be a good idea in a future article.
